Call for submissions

Do you write LGBT steampunk (or ever thought you might)? Writer Julien Morgan and editor Isabelle Wenta have put out a call for submissions for an anthology with French publisher Editions Voy'[El], and they need YOU!

COOL THING#1: Your work would be translated for free by the staff putting together the anthology.

COOL THING#2: It would be exposure for your work to a whole country of new readers. If you read French or can wield Google Translate, you can check out the French call-for-submissions or the publisher site.

DETAILS:

1) No minimum length; up to 50k characters including spaces/10k words (although we’d rather have a 15k AWESOME short story than a 9,999 words-long mediocre one);

2) Is published annually, so no deadline;

3) This is a PAYING MARKET, digital only at first (circulation about 3k readers), then paper; this would be French-rights only, so you could have already published the story in English; only requirement is that the story has never been published in French.

4) Theme: Steampunk+LGBT or any alternate universe sci-fi/fantasy work featuring LGBT characters and/or relationships.

IMPORTANT: If you are interested or want more information, contact us directly using the form in the Contact section. Of course, you can do so in English.
